Do you have a shop?

In order to keep our prices so incredibly low we don't have the overheads of a shop, we sell online only and you can only buy from us, no one else!

I have just ordered my dress, when will I receive it?

We ship our dresses within 5 working days of your order.

Why are the dresses so cheap, what about the quality?

We pride ourselves in the quality of our dresses. We are able to supply them to you so cheaply as we don't have the overheads of a shop. We are supplying them direct from the manufacturer with no middleman.

What if I don't like it and want to send it back?

We think you will love your Kitty & Dulcie dress, but just in case you don't please see our Terms page for our returns policy.

What if I need my dress altering. Any advice?

We have made sure that the dresses can be easily altered. We suggest you see a professional recommended seamstress to alter your dress.

Help I can't decide which dress I like best, can I buy 2?

You can buy as many dresses as you like if you are in the UK. However, we box each dress individually and charge £15.00 postage per item.

Can I get a swatch of a dress?

We are sorry that we can't supply swatches of our dresses. We love the quality and hope you will too. All our dresses are ivory unless otherwise stated.

How will I know my item is shipped?

You will receive an email from us the day we send. Please read our Terms/returns/delivery page for details, it's all there!

How do you send the dresses?

All our dresses are beautifully packaged in a pink box with acid free tissue paper, a padded satin hanger and a secure mailing bag. For full details on delivery please see our terms/returns/delivery page.

Where can I try them on?

Kitty & Dulcie dresses are sold exclusively online which is why we are able to offer you such amazing savings. As soon as your pink box arrives you'll be able to try on your Kitty & Dulcie in the comfort of your own home.

Can I get some dress advice from you guys?

Can I buy extra material from you?

All our dresses are pre-made so we can dispatch them quickly, therefore we hold no fabrics or materials here.

Can you make me a bespoke dress?

We only have styles that are available on the website, we offer no bespoke service or alteration service, but we can help with advice.
